The opportunity to add real value from day one
This role will be responsible for the global HR operations system (SaP), data and insight and HR team processes. With SaP launched into the business less than 2 years ago, there is a significant opportunity to enhance the integration of the system to enable the full commercial and operational benefit across multiple countries. This role will be critical for being the relationship owner with SaP on behalf of Inspired as well as any global integration partners.
The individual will also be experienced in the development of HR practices and processes; able to spot and implement value add opportunities through process steps and policy enhancements by looking across schools and regions. As the business grows, efficiency, automation and insight will become more critical which puts this individual at the heart of the people strategy. This person will be proactively driving employee-centric insight to key business users in order to help drive better strategic decisions. This individual in this role is expected to be very hands on, supporting the resolution of 1st line system queries as well as working with local HR teams strategically to map out processes and improve long term value and ROI.

Organising access arrangements with the awarding bodies for SEND candidates in conjunction with the SENCo;
Ensuring that staff, students and parents are kept fully informed about examination regulations and students’ timetables;
Organise all external examinations during the School year ensuring that they run to the highest standards;
Responsible for co-ordinating exam invigilator team to run the exams according to the agreed timescales and JCQ regulations;
Make sure that all staff are following examination regulations, including checking correct specifications;
Identify and manage examination clashes in line with the available examination board guidance and regulations.
